Laser Printing
The Print Lab offers quality laser printing with a Xerox Phaser 7500. The Print lab offers a number of different paper types to choose from as well as both 8.5" X 11" and 11" X 17" paper sizes. Please note that laser prints are not color managed and if color management is needed ink jet printing is highly recommended. Additionally, the registration on this printer when printing double sidded is not very accurate. Obtaining accurate registration often requires students making a series of test prints and adjusting the spacing on their files to achieve good alignment. Access
The Grad Lab, Equipment Checkout, Computer Lab and Print Lab resources are available for students enrolled in a graduate program at MICA. An active MICA Graduate ID card is required to enter the Grad Lab, to check out equipment or to use computer and printing resources.
